24.07.12 Head Clean Out

Lots of clutter and rubbish banging around my head today. Dumping in on here in an attempt to make sense of the chaos.
General categories causing the confusion are as follows
Parenting- discipline styles and techniques ; how do you raise a child and not have them hate or resent you in some way shape or form.
Marriage - how to keep caring and loving each other in amongst the daily grind of life & avoid having it collapse completely.
Church - how to love the gospel when it means dealing with idiots and hypocrisy at it worst
Talent/Purpose etc - Who do i want to be, what do i want to do. what exactly am I looking for ???

And there's many more sub categories distracting me from making any real valid points here but will have to come back to all of it as baby needs me,

Got jake to set up a blog so i can write down thoughts, funny things the kids do, a general record of what we're up to and just stuff. 

Have not actually had a chance to post anything since. very hard to sit down and type with 2 small kidlets. currently have one hanging off my boob right now. Little awkward but will have to do otherwise i'll never get started.
Jonah is not having fun right now. Very miserable , believe it may be teeth. He's too small to get any relief from chewing on toys. Cant even chew on his own hands as they are covered in socks to stop him scratching at his eczema. He also has a bit of nappy rash - can be much fun being in his little itchy body right now. thank goodness for the cooler change in weather.
Last night went on a date to the movies with jake. Gold Class is such a rip off but was nice to go out and catch up with friends. In hind sight really should have just bailed on the gold class thing and gone to a later cheaper session. Felt awful leaving the kids right on arsenic hour but mum seemed to survive even if jonah did put up a good fight.

She was on our bed this morning and 2 framed paintings of flower sit above the bedhead ( not my style but not our house so just dealing with it)
Neve walks up and says " I fix this picsha" Makes the picture crooked stands back and says "There. perfeck"

A while later she was playing with a plum instead of eating it. Plum was in her left hand , she looked at her right hand and spoke on its behalf saying "hey thats my puhlum " looked to the hand holding the plum and said " oh sorry her you go " and passed the plum to her other hand. Sad child who plays make believe with their hands instead of the hundreds of teddys she has.
